I built a lightweight project management workflow to keep AI-driven development organized. The problem was that context kept disappearing between tasks. With multiple Claude agents running in parallel, I’d lose track of specs, dependencies, and history. External PM tools didn’t help because syncing them with repos always created friction. The solution was to treat GitHub Issues as the database. The "system" is ~50 bash scripts and markdown configs that: - Brainstorm with you to create a markdown PRD, spins up an epic, and decomposes it into tasks and syncs them with GitHub issues - Track…

This project (Agents Observe) started as an exploration into building automation harnesses around claude code. I needed a way to see exactly what teams of agents were doing in realtime and to filter and search their output. A few interesting learnings from building and using this: - Claude code hooks are blocking - performance degrades rapidly if you have a lot of plugins that use hooks - Hooks provide a lot more useful info than OTEL data - Claude's jsonl files provide the full picture - Lifecycle management of MCP processes started by plugins is a bit kludgy at best The biggest takeaway is…

Hi HN, I’m Michael, I built AgentGrid with my friend Souren because we were tired of losing our coding sessions and couldn't keep track of what was actually being built across our many projects. Our approach was to use an infinite canvas desktop app for the TUIs we already know and love, mainly claude + codex. We drew inspiration from Figma and Railway. Overtime we added image nodes, notes, terminals, coding editors, source control, etc. I wasn't sure about it at first. It took me a month to give the first version Souren built a real try. What got me was an Apple System Update I've been…

A bunch of companies that I spoke to had their own claude & codex OTel dashboards that showed spend + seats per month. However, none of the dashboards actually analyzed how the engineers worked with the tools and if there were any areas for improvement! That's why I created https://www.promptster.ai. Managers get aggregate level view of code quality and how that ties with team workflows (nothing on a per-engineer level). While engineers get personalized coaching on how they can save tokens while keeping output high. We also have a tool built for individuals to test their local…

Uses agent and Git Hooks to automatically create Git Notes on commit, containing the agent conversation that led to that commit. Works if either you or the agent commit. It's basically the same thing as entire.io just announced that they got $60m investment for. Except I got Claude Code to write it last week, in my spare time, without really paying attention. I certainly didn't read or write any of the code, except for one rubbish joke in the README. I've got a Claude Code instance working on Gemini CLI support and OpenCode support currently.

Hi HN, AgentBox is an SDK for running coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) inside sandboxes (Docker, E2B, Modal, Daytona, Vercel). One API. Swap the agent or the sandbox and your code doesn't change. Think of it as what the AI SDK did for LLMs, but for agent + runtime. Most wrappers call agents in non interactive mode (claude --print, codex exec). AgentBox instead boots each agent's native server inside the sandbox (Codex app-server over JSON-RPC, OpenCode serve over HTTP/SSE, Claude Code's SDK WebSocket transport) and drives it from the host, behaving like an interactive…

A friend and I built this as a side project to help us collaborate on files with our agents. Claude / Codex kept outputting .md and .html files which are great until we needed to share them, so we built this small website to help with that. Agent can either use an HTTP + Skill or an MCP which also uses MCP Apps to add widgets to Claude Desktop / Mobile chat. Would love any feedback and hopefully this helps someone else as it did us!

Hi HN — we built agentcall.dev because the coding agent you're already running in your terminal shouldn't be trapped there. The pitch: your existing Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, or Cursor session joins a Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom call as itself. Same session, same context, same file access. It speaks, listens, screen-shares a localhost webpage, and can code live while you all talk about what it's building. What's actually on the call: • Voice in, voice out. Two modes — collaborative (sub-second via a voice intelligence layer tuned for latency) or direct (~2s, your coding agent itself…
