http://yeay.me This is a project that we've been developing for the last year and a half with a friend of mine. We didn't promoted it properly yet, so it's kinda of a premier here. We've built a service that is helping you to create your wish-list and have-list and based on your choices it recommends you products, an easy way to discover new stuff. We've built it using Grails, MongoDB, Nginx. Would love to hear your thoughts about it.

My story: I founded this a couple of years ago because my school (I was 11/12 at the time) had recently purchased a library system which was horrible and ugly. I thought it could be made much better, so I coded for months on end to get this product working. I submitted this to a TV competition on national TV and got the opportunity to pitch this product in front of 500,000 viewers. I received a bursary of €2,000 from the show and used that money to grow the business. Currently the business is thriving and is growing rapidly. I'd really appreciate any feedback you might have. So a while ago I was thinking it would be neat to build a site that had the most absolute utility. The idea I came up with was a site to store those little protips that are super useful, if you know them ahead of time. I hired a guy to work on it with me, and ClueDB was born: http://cluedb.com/ Please give it a whirl (it uses Twitter auth as login but doesn't tweet anything) and tell me what you think! Hey Folks, I’ve been really annoyed with the search part of finding gifts. It’s hard to use keyword search for something when it’s an “I’ll know it when I see it” kind of deal. So I thought, what if we scraped/indexed TONS of products and then just focused on removing the things we don’t want and then see what’s left to see if there’s anything cool? Hi guys, We have just built Ultimategiftlists.com My girlfriend keeps asking me what I want for Christmas. I also need to buy stuff for my nephew.
