Products that do what Brygga – A modern, fast, feature-rich IRC client for macOS does
Brygga is in early development. The core client works end-to-end (connect, join, send, receive, persist) but many features you'd expect from a mature IRC client are still missing. Repo: https://github.com/buggerman/Brygga

Hi HN, like many of you talented folk, I’ve been building more, faster than ever. I built Saggar after my terminal stopped feeling like a tool and started feeling like a tab-management problem. Let me know you think!

This is ymawky, a static file web server for MacOS written entirely in ARM64 assembly. It supports GET, PUT, DELETE, HEAD, and OPTIONS requests, and supports Range: bytes=X-Y headers (which allows scrubbing for video streaming). It decodes percent-encoded URLs, strictly enforces docroot, serves custom error pages for any HTTP error response, supports directory listing, and has (some) mitigations against slowloris-like attacks. I’ve also written a more detailed writeup here: https://imtomt.github.io/ymawky/
