An employee hurriedly filled out her credentials in what looked like a Google Docs sign-in but was actually a hacker's fake site. The hacker then used her credentials to steal 54 other employee passwords. Current solutions to phishing are limited to forcing employees to attend training to spot these hacks and attempting to judge the URL's reputation. People don't have time to pay attention to every url they click. This is especially true when faced with deadlines. Even the technical…

Looking to get some feedback from the Hacker News community. I wrote the book with a focus on penetration testers and red teamers, but there are great examples for network admins, developers, and blue team defenders as well. You can pick up a copy for free here through May 19, 2019: https://gumroad.com/l/the_cyber_plumbers_handbook/hackernews... Please note, because it's hosted on Gumroad, it does require an email. If you don't want to give out your actual email, check out an anonymous email service. I give it away to students for free, so if you know of one that…

So I have created this form that anyone can fill in, and then share, with the hope that it will be seen by someone who can come along and help them. I want a tool that gives a voice, a loud-speaker, to hackers so that they're efforts get recognized, and get the support they need. Please feel free to fill in this form and then share it. Note: the Responses page doesn't update immediately. Google seems to republish the form every 5 minutes or so, so please wait…

This can be used to find phishing domains or domains matching any pattern you want if you select "custom filter." You can also connect over WebSocket at /ws and use any programming language you want. There may be duplicates because some domains are published in multiple logs. I get data from all of the logs currently included with Chrome, a list of which is available here: https://github.com/google/certificate-transparency-community....
