I've always dreamed about a project like that when looking at status boards at other companies. We finally had the time to do our own. What this is? a small side project called GaaC that allows you to use Github As a CDN. It: - is free and familiar. Everything stored in your separate repo. - has ease of use. I started this as a weekend project and posted it on HN 5 years ago. 300,000 users later, I just released v4 today. It's just streamed plaintext, you can curl it! It pulls my location from a shortcut on my phone that runs when I open any app (which also updates my GitHub location! https://github.com/malted). All the other stats are live.

Hey Guys, I created GithubReader.org (open-source, non-profit, most of the code is written by ChatGPT). My motivation: I wanted an easy way to keep a list of repositories I want to learn from and access them quickly. So, I built a search page where I can find repositories by name, like Google. Also, I wanted a nicer way to read Markdown files on my laptop without the GitHub UI, like reading a book.
