Hey folks! This is a project that I've been working in my free time for the past few months. It's a news aggregator that uses AI to select relevant articles and summarize them. The default sources are frameworks and libraries' updates, popular HN topics, and languages' subreddits threads that make past a certain threshold. Since I got an iPad I was looking for a better Hacker News reading experience than the one you can get using the web version. On the iPhone I use the ihackernews.com web app (and soon going to try news.yc). It's decent for the iPhone, but it doesn't scale good on the iPad. One year ago, I downloaded the news.arc code and decided that I would teach myself programming by building a better aggregator.
