Hi HN, Matvey, Ildar, Joey, and Dominik here. If you're building LLM agents that use tools, you're probably worried about prompt injection attacks that can hijack those tools. We were too, and found that solutions like prompt-based filtering or secondary "guard" LLMs can be unreliable. Our thesis is that agent security should be handled at the network level between the agent and the LLM, just like a traditional web application firewall. So we built Archestra Platform: an open-source gateway that acts as a secure proxy for your AI agents. It's designed to be a deterministic firewall against…

So I've been building ClawMem, an open-source context engine that gives AI coding agents persistent memory across sessions. It works with Claude Code (hooks + MCP) and OpenClaw (ContextEngine plugin + REST API), and both can share the same SQLite vault, so your CLI agent and your voice/chat agent build on the same memory without syncing anything. The retrieval architecture is a Frankenstein, which is pretty much always my process. I pulled the best parts from recent projects and research and stitched them together: [QMD](https://github.com/tobi/qmd) for the…

RunKit is a browser based tmux manager that works great on a phone over Tailscale. I created it to be able to run several AI agents in parallel, after trying out several existing tools. There's no database (state is read live from tmux). Right now, its the first thing I install on any server, and from there on RunKit becomes the management cock-pit for that server. Also, for running several agents in parallel, RunKit has been a lifesaver. It shows the status of all running agent on the left panel, and sends you a notification anytime an agent is stuck. Please try it out, and let me know if…

we have been building an open source orchestration which enables you to plug in your own TTS/ASR/LLM for end-to-end voice conversations at -> https://github.com/bolna-ai/bolna. Few days back, was having a discussion here in HN about the possibilities of having a complete open source stack for ASR+LLM+TTS. Today, we are releasing a complete open sourced Dockerized stack by merging Bolna with Whisper ASR, Llama3 and Melo TTS.

Hi HN, I’m the creator of Cordum. I’ve been working in DevOps and infrastructure for years (currently in the fintech/security space), and as I started playing with AI agents, I noticed a scary pattern. Most "safety" mechanisms rely on system prompts ("Please don't do X") or flimsy Python logic inside the agent itself. If we treat agents as autonomous employees, giving them root access and hoping they listen to instructions felt insane to me. I wanted a way to enforce hard constraints that the LLM cannot override, no matter how "jailbroken" it gets. So I built Cordum. It’s an open-source…

Built this because I was tired of every AI tool shipping my data to someone else server n0x runs the full stack LLM inference via WebGPU, autonomous ReAct agents, RAG over your own docs, sandboxed Python execution via Pyodide all inside a single browser tab. No account No keys No backend Models download once, cache in IndexedDB permanently. Biggest challenge was context window budgeting for the agent loop and making the WASM vector search non-blocking. Happy to talk architecture. GitHub: https://github.com/ixchio/n0x | Live demo: https://n0x-three.vercel.app

Hey HN! I'm Hussam, a Senior Algorithm Engineer at CodiumAI. We launched PR Agent a little over a year ago — it’s a free and open-source tool that helps with reviewing pull requests. The response has been great and more than 70 contributors have added to the project. Today, we're launching PR Agent as a browser extension. Key features: - AI Chat in PRs: You can ask questions about specific code changes and the context is passed to the AI model - Automated Code Reviews: The /review command does an automated review, focusing on potential bugs, security issues, and best practice violations…

Hi HN, my name is Maria, and I’m a co-founder of Maritime. We started Maritime at MIT to build infrastructure for companies that need to run thousands of isolated AI agents for their customers. Imagine you set up an agent like OpenClaw, or a personal assistant agent with a custom framework, and want to give a separate version of it to every customer/friend. Each customer needs their own agent running in an isolated microVM, with persistent state, secrets, triggers, and sleep/wake behavior. Building such scalable and secure infra will take you months and will cost hundreds of…
