Hey HN! I've always found it hard to keep up with the latest AI research, so I built Arxiv Feed! https://arxiv-feed.vercel.app/ It's basically a feed of AI research papers + a one-liner explaining what problem its solving, etc. You can also click on any paper to get a TL;DR. Right now, I've only indexed a few hundred large language model papers, but will expand to indexing AI papers in other topics. Thinking of also adding a way for people to up-vote/down-vote papers. Would love to hear any thoughts/feedback! :D Thanks!

My niche is LSAT prep. I write books of explanations to LSAT practice tests. It's a pretty big industry, as people will pay a lot to improve their odds of law school admissions. I realized that, with my books, I have ~400,000 words of quality content that people search for. Lots of long tail searches for individual LSAT questions. So I made a site of free explanations for the most recent LSAT: http://lsathacks.com/ Took about a week to write them and put them up. If it goes well, I'll release my other explanations. Hope to make this a hub for LSAT study. If it's well received,…

We built tooling that connects LLMs directly to case law databases with citation verification to address hallucination in legal AI. Think of it as giving the model access to actual legal sources instead of relying on training data.

I’m Andrew, co-founder of Recall. Over the past few days I’ve been building Predict, a playground where anyone can: - propose skills we should measure in language models—live examples include difficult math, memory-manipulation resistance, code generation, and empathy under bad news - write evals (graded prompts) for those skills - forecast which models will score highest once GPT-5 is released Why this exists Benchmarks leak into training data quickly; scores are unreliable and labs still declare progress. The prediction tool aims keeps the target moving by letting the crowd define both the…

Hi guys, I've been thinking a lot about how advancements in NLP can be standardized; when building a sentiment analysis, you know for sure that other attributes than the actual sentiment can be highly interesting, such as the urgency. Together with my team, I started a new open-source project, aiming to do exactly that. It's called bricks, and it is a composition of more than 50 open-source and modular code snippets, such as computing sentence complexities, emotionality detection and many more. For context, the idea came up after watching the incredible talk "Inventing on Principle" by Bret…

I've been working on a library for developing websites visually. There are many tools for building websites, but none that fit my workflow as a front-end developer, so I made my own! It is an open source library called ProductDiv and it lets you: - Drag and drop any HTML template into your site. - Change elements with utility classes you can customize - Export clean HTML elements and copy into your source code. - Use in any framework! ProductDiv is developer-first, meaning the configuration for the editor lives in your source code. You can evolve the configuration as your project grows (as…

Hey, guys and girls :) Please notice, that my intention is not to advertise my project here, but to ask for your advice. Long story short: we've noticed that it's very hard to "sum-up" any idea on one page and share it without using a blogging platform. Let's say you want to collect and present your point of view on "IA reaserch". You can write a blogpost or use social media to share your opinion (that would reach limited amount of people though). We really missed a tool that allows you to embed a lot of different resources on one page and than to share it with one link. This way you can…

Hi HN, For 4 years I've worked on the psychology of learning following a CompSci degree with an AI minor from back in 2019. I love the future of effective learning that is coming. This is a way for you to study for specific exams, lectures and videos. You upload your content, and get specific, citing flashcard exercises delivered in a fun way. Not only can you view the timestamp in the video that a question was generated from, for example, but your answers are used to inform a "Compilation stage". The Compilation stage uses your choices of answers (and wrong answers), as well as data on when…
