I noticed the who's hiring threads are very popular every month, so I decided to create a job board specifically for hacker news. You can tag jobs, search, view user's profiles and more. Tell me what you guys thing! Any feedback is appreciated.

I figured, "what better way to look at a list of (hopefully) inspiring projects?" The upvotes work and are globally synced.

Hello HN Community! I've transformed the "Ask HN: Who's hiring? (November 2023)" post into a Google Sheet. Here's a quick rundown of the method: I utilized the Hacker News Algolia Search API to extract data. You can find the specific thread URL here: https://hn.algolia.com/api/v1/search_by_date?tags=comment,st... Using a GET request, I fetched comments from the thread and processed them via the ChatGPT API. Employing the ChatGPT API for each comment, I parsed crucial job details such as company, position, location, and more. This information was structured and…

Hi HN! We launched 10000resumes.com as a fun, visual alternative for developers to showcase their skills, roles, and social links in a grid format (inspired by the Million Dollar Homepage). Since our last post, we’ve added: Search functionality: Highlight profiles in real-time by skill, role, or name. Price drop to $0.19/spot: To reduce spam (free grids risked low-quality entries). Why repost? Previous posts were flagged for criticizing LinkedIn (lesson learned! ). We’re not here to bash platforms—just offer a quirky, browsable space for devs. Feedback drove major updates: search,…

Based on the multiple "Who's hiring remotely?" and similar posts on HN, I thought it might be useful to have a site that aggregates remote programming jobs. There is way too much spam out and an inconsistent way to say "work from home" so traditional searching doesn't work (or rather, takes a long time per person). I've worked in a few remote programming positions so I figured I might know of some companies or searching tricks to find them. Let me know if you'd find this type of thing useful. If we can get some traffic going, then maybe we can start attracting companies to actually list…
