Products that do what I built Magiclip – an all-in-one AI studio does
Hi HN I’ve been working on a tool I personally needed as someone who edits a lot of video content. The problem is simple: Modern video editing requires 8+ different tools, all slow, all noisy, all repetitive. Subtitles here. Audio cleanup there. Silence removal elsewhere. Upscaling in another tool. AI voice in a different one. A clip extractor somewhere else… So I built Magiclip.io — a single interface that automates the most boring parts of editing. What it does today Auto-subtitles (fast & accurate) Silence removal AI voice-over Audio enhancement Image upscaling Clip extraction from long…

I made this mostly to make content creation faster. When recording a youtube video/ podcast. there's alot of downtime (silence) while looking at scripts or getting the correct item to display. So I made a webapp to automatically cut and stich the video back together then I can further edit in davinci resolve. But I recently found out that this is crazy good for rewatching lectures or meeting recordings, No need to render, just drop the video in and watch it right away. 30min lecture can be watched in 12min! I even added auto generation of subtitles to make studying lecture /meeting…

Hello! I'm Andrew Arrow, a developer and Final Cut Pro user. My history with FCP goes back years and years, I tried to be a video editor as a career but ended up a software developer. I purchased the full version of the software a long, long time ago. And to Apple's credit, every single time I goto the App Store on any mac I still have access to download it. I must have been through 20, 30? I don't know, but a lot of macs over the years. Just recently I downloaded it again and noticed the XML Export feature. Wow. There's a lot of stuff there. I mean a lot. I started playing around with…
