I think it has a pretty innovative UI feature, so I wanted to float it by Hacker News. It's a timer app that turns your Mac's menu bar into a sort of virtual hourglass. Yesterday I decided I wanted to experiment with different ways of reading HN. After considering a few options, I settled on a Mac app and spent a couple of hours planning/sketching on paper. Hi folks, My friend and I wanted to show a macOS app we wrote. The app allows users to search their Chrome history and insert a link from the search results in any text box. Think the macOS emoji box (Ctrl + Command + Space), but for your Chrome history. For the frontend, we use a combination of React and Electron, mainly for developer velocity.
