Products that do what I'm 36 years old and this iPhone app took me forever does
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/quotestagram/id592666165?ls=1&mt=8 Quotestagram is an iphone app that let's you easily turn memorable quotes into beautiful images to share on popular social networks. From concept to launch this app took 5 months. It was fraught with difficulties. I didn't know iOS programming. But the app is finally out and I would really love the community's feedback.

I built this site as a quick test if a time boxed social media experience feels better than an endless one. So far I've just been using it with friends and it feels nice, but it seems like it is time to bring it to a larger audience. Let me know what you think! It is just based on EST for now, sorry.

Hi everyone - I've been working on this automatic journal for a long time. It takes your photos, makes them look nice, and also journals the places you go just by having your phone in your pocket. Would love your feedback!

I actually started it June 2011 to learn iOS, launched it in September, and have been steadily adding features and making improvements. It's something I use every day and I hope other people find it useful. Enjoy!

I've often wondered whether there are any patterns or cycles to my moods so I built a simple iPhone app that occasionally pings me to ask how I'm feeling on a scale of 1 - 10. I also note down what I'm thinking or doing at that moment and automatically grab my location. I use the data to show some basic statistics on how I've been feeling on average over the past three days, past week and since I started tracking. There's also a graph of my moods over time. I'd love to get feedback on whether people would find something like this useful. I'm curious about what other things people would want…

This was my first attempt of making something truly appealing and useful. I've learned a lot and I'm pretty happy with the result. What do you think?

Hi! I've been building this app over the course of the last year or so, and we've finally gotten it polished and cleaned up to the point where we feel pretty good about it. The goal of this app is to replace the lists that people keep of all the places they want to go, movies they've had friends mention, and books they want to read. Our goal is to try and make those lists a lot more actionable so people will actually do these things instead of just writing them down. Would love any feedback! https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/onmylist/id561225528?ls=1&mt=8

Back in October, the "HN Make November Launch an App Month" discussion was started and it sounded like a great opportunity, so I joined the Facebook group and decided to build my take on an iOS version of the classic Quotefalls puzzle game, thinking I would learn a ton and it would be a great way to get my feet wet with making, marketing, and managing my own software. A week before the group presentation (end of Nov.), I took my project off the project list because I was nowhere near finished. One of the many great things I’ve learned in all this is how easy it is to justify all the feature…
