Products that do what I made Blueprint for brain health to hit daily peak productivity does
I made Bryan Johnson's blueprint for brain health to help you reach daily peak productivity. Here is how it works: 1) We get a snapshot of your life - connect your your phone data, calendar, and biomarkers from your wearable data and answer some standardized questions. 2) Psychologists review your data. 3) You get a full brain health snapshot — plus a personalized action plan. I am building this mainly because as a former Judo national team athlete, I’ve seen firsthand that peak performance demands being in the top 1% physically and mentally - working on my brain health, sleep routines,…

Care to share a screenshot and the 'killer feature' of any of your personal, self-built productivity tools? eg. I made my own calendar and money-tracker last year - there are no other users, it makes no money, I have no plans to make it public, but it holds my life together :) http://i.imgur.com/h2keJDg.png GREAT BECAUSE... it tells me how much I'm going to get paid this month. Absolutely no ulterior motive here (ie. I'm not canvassing opinions for a productivity app startup or anything), just interested.

Hey HN, I've struggled with time-blindness my whole life. ADHD means I can write 14 tasks on a to-do list and genuinely believe I'll finish them before lunch. Reality disagrees at 11 PM when everything falls apart. DayZen is my solution: your day as a 24-hour radial clock. Tasks become colored arcs. When the circle fills up, it's full. No more lying to yourself about what actually fits. Just shipped 1.4 with Focus Mode The new version adds features I've wanted since day one: Focus Mode: Full-screen timer that zooms into your current task. Distractions fade, simple controls keep you on track.…

I really struggle to keep my notes organised, and often can't make any sense of hand written notes after meetings. I did some experiments with Claude and ChatGPT where I blast random thoughts at them during a meeting or brainstorming session and then have them output a nice document that pulls it all together at the end. It worked incredibly well but it was a bit cumbersome to keep sending messages to the chat and telling the ai each time what to do. So I took the idea and built a tool, it makes it easy to throw random notes and voice recordings (images and document support on the way) and…

Hi HN, I’m still in college and new to the startup world, but here is my first shot at a side project: Milburn, an integrated therapy+journal tool(https://milburn.vercel.app/). I built Milburn bc every mental health tool I could find was missing something: the therapy apps didn’t have voice/memory/too expensive, and the journal apps were always a PITA to sync with therapy. We trained the chatbot’s model on specific therapy modalities(I personally need CBT sessions, but we also have others like DBT), and then created a prompted journal, added a feedback loop, voice…
