This is an app to easily manage a workload of multiple projects and to ease collaboration between teams. We built it on weekends whilst running our agency and it’s still very much in development. I’m posting it because I’m interested on what HNers think we should focus on next: * A ‘client view’ of each project? * Project level permissions to allow freelancers to access particular projects? * Estimates vs Actuals – see how they compare and use this data to predict future delivery times. You can sign up for a free lifetime account at the moment. Please comment if you have any feedback or…

Hey HN! I'm an indie hacker who builds SAAS products in my free time. I've got a friend who runs a small consulting firm and said this would be a useful tool for them so i thought why not release it as a standalone online tool for everyone. Basically the premise is, you enter some information about your services (or we just scrape your website and figure it out). Then you enter a description of the client brief, tweak the outline, and out comes a unique tailored proposal that you can tweak with AI. That's pretty much it! Would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you.

Hello HN! I got pretty overwhelmed with Notion, Trello, etc. (Even though they are great tools!) as an indie dev, so I built an app that is simpler to use and perfectly suited for an indie like me :) You can basically divide your projects into multiple milestones (a milestone could be e.g. a new version), and the milestones can have multiple tasks that are either todo, in progress, or done. The progress for each milestone is calculated with those tasks, and you can also prioritize and categorize the tasks using tags (E.g. for me, #ph turns into "High Priority", and #pm into "Medium…

I'm gauging interest for a service that would help connect devs/designers/copywriters with folks who have short term projects (a few days or weeks of work). The projects would range in value, but should ideally be at least a few $100. Through Forrst, there are already thousands of such people available to work, it's just a matter of if this is interesting to the other side. If it is, would you leave your info? Thanks a ton. Hi there! I made this tool called Finish UP to help me do exactly that with my personal projects and work tasks. I found that I had a few problems that cross-cut the majority of my projects: 1. I have loads of new ideas for projects, or tasks to do like learning German, but I do not always know where to start 2. I open a kanban board and then do not know what type of tasks to start with, how detailed they should be, or to what extent they can overlap 3. I started using ChatGPT and equivalents to help me ideate and put in place initial plans, but as soon as I asked questions about certain…

I used to run a startup back in 2018 where I built highly relevant prospect leads for companies manually. This is an Ai agent that does what I used to do manually - source, curate, enrich, qualify leads, and find the right decision makers with contact information. The Ai agent builds a custom database of leads automatically We just upgraded the new UI as well as made our agents smarter. Check out the new website: https://kurationai.com/ Demo: https://youtu.be/KmlGnP3dzkE?si=N6FZwNubi70hS4nJ Use "PHK15" to get 15% off on any plan. Thanks, Aurelien, Founder,…

Hey HN! Thank you for all the support and feedback on my original submission 2 months ago. I've been improving the backend using a MCTS/AlphaZero approach and it's currently producing much better results. My long term goal is to allow users to manage multiple projects, deployed autonomously, both from scratch and by making continual updates all prompted with natural language. The cost of each project has been lowered to $9 as performance with smaller models has improved (I migrated from Claude-3-Opus to gemini-1.5-flash). Thanks for checking it out!

Hi, I'm working on a project that regroups all best AI (AIaaS) from different providers (GCP, AWS, Azure, DeepL, etc.) in one API (https://github.com/edenai/edenai-apis). I've got asked the question : why aren't you regrouping Open Source models (instead of proprietary APIs) into one repo? Well because it doesn't make sens to deploy and maintain large pytorch (or other framework) AI models (especially for document parsing, image and video moderation or speech recognition) in every solution that wants AI capabilities. So using APIs makes way more sens. Deployed OpenSource…
