I got tired of screenshotting claude code sessions to share with teammates, so I built this. It converts session into beautiful web pages with proper rendering of tool calls. Works by parsing CC's session, extracting steps, then uploading to a simple sharing service. Takes about 2 seconds to generate a shareable link. My team uses Claude Code daily, and the sessions have become some of the most useful artifacts we produce. But they're trapped in ~/.claude/projects/ on whichever laptop they happened on. There's no good way to hand a colleague "the session where I untangled the migration" so they can claude --resume it and keep going from where I left off. I wanted to share a project I have been working on over the past week. It is a simple local memory system that saves your sessions into Markdown files, which can be viewed later. I developed this after using Claude Mem. I really enjoyed working with it, but it was consuming a lot of RAM, and each Claude session was becoming a major resource hog. I also tried other plugins and MCP solutions, but ran into similar issues, either slow performance or concerns about data being sent elsewhere. Because privacy was a big thing for me, I decided to build my own solution that keeps all data local.

I built an MCP server that gives Claude Code long-term memory across sessions, backed by infrastructure you control. Every Claude Code session starts from zero, no memory of previous sessions. I wanted a very simple way to dump prompts, links, and todo lists into my claude code and codex agents. And to work outside of the context window. I thought it would be great to share code snippets without saving them on a server, so I created http://mem.pe It allows you to paste code and save it in your browser's local storage. When you share the URL of the pasted code, other people will connect to it via web sockets. For example, this http://mem.pe/#sge/5 you will be pulling from my browser. I'll keep it open for a while. Uses agent and Git Hooks to automatically create Git Notes on commit, containing the agent conversation that led to that commit. Works if either you or the agent commit. It's basically the same thing as entire.io just announced that they got $60m investment for. Except I got Claude Code to write it last week, in my spare time, without really paying attention. I certainly didn't read or write any of the code, except for one rubbish joke in the README. I've got a Claude Code instance working on Gemini CLI support and OpenCode support currently.

I participated in the Nvidia + Vercel 2 hour hackathon in SF tonight, and built something I've wanted, but hadn't tried building. I implemented an MCP Server and VS Code extension to allow Claude Desktop to place breakpoints, step through code, and execute expressions (assuming language support). So you can ask it a question that requires actually stepping through the code and now it can actually do that - check values for you, etc. It's _definitely_ not perfect. Have improvements? Claude Code is amazing for individuals but terrible for teams. I spent the last six months building my perfect mix of MCP servers, subagents, commands and skills.
