    I started building this 10 months ago, largely using agentic coding tools. I've stayed very involved in the code base and architecture, and have never moved faster in my life as a dev. The word processor engine and rendering layer are all built from scratch - the only 3rd party library I used was the excellent Y.js for the CRDT stack. Would love some feedback!

    I kept reaching for Hashids/Sqids to keep sequential IDs out of URLs, but they don't use a real key — the alphabet is shuffled by a salt, and the Sqids FAQ says outright "there is no encryption of any kind." arxid is a keyed reversible permutation instead: a balanced Feistel network with an ARX (add-rotate-xor) round function over a 40-bit domain, mapping to a 7-char base62 code. Feed it an integer, get an unpredictable code back; same key reverses it. It allows one to take bits and pieces of an executable and delink them into working object files, which can then be reused as-is to make new programs or libraries, without having to decompile or disassemble them first.
