A couple of months ago, I built this app to help identify people stuck under rubble. First responders have awesome tools. But in tough situations, even common folks need to help. After what happened in Myanmar, we need something like this that works properly. It has only been tested in controlled environments. It can also be improved; I know BLE is not _that_ effective under rubble. If you have any feedback or can contribute, don't hold back.

Hello HN! We're excited to share Statusduck, an uptime monitoring tool where the data is publicly viewable. There are an uncountable amount of uptime tools but we thought we'd put a fun spin on the concept by making another one where people can immediately set up a monitor without signing up. Hello I'm Jack, I was previously a Site Reliability Engineer and i've been working on monitro.dev which makes log monitoring simple for individuals or small teams. It allows you to easily forward any logs to multiple channels such as Slack, Discord & Telegram. The events are also viewable though the admin dashboard and are easily filterable.
