I recently wanted to test how a part of a web app responded to a 502 HTTP status code from a remote site from which it was pulling data. When I came to test it, the remote site was working fine, but I still wanted the 502. So I created statuscoder, just append your desired status code to the URL and it'll respond with that code. http://statuscoder.com It's my first single-use project and I like its simplicity - it does one job and (hopefully) does it well. Is there anything else that you'd want to see it do?

I wanted QR codes to be really simple to implement everywhere and for everyone. So I spent some time on my weekends trying to write a fast QR generator module for Apache, and here are the results: ab -n 5000 -c 100 http://lilqr.com/qr Requests per second: 4301.78 [#/sec] (mean)

Sharing an internal tool that accelerated my development work 10-fold, especially with API debugging. Thought fellow developers here might find it useful. As a developer, I often have trouble reproducing errors at the client end. https://intercept.rest lets me debug and monitor API requests and responses.
