Products that do what Swerve – A framework for establishing integrity guarantees in web apps does
Swerve is a framework with one goal: make E2EE viable in web applications. Think of messaging applications like WhatsApp, or password managers like KeeWeb, or email clients like ProtonMail. These all implement E2EE, but nothing in their web versions prevents the server from serving malicious client-side code that reads all your messages. So far there haven't been many attempts to solve this issue. Swerve aims to demonstrate one approach.

Hi guys, I've created an open source web builder framework (https://grapesjs.com) years ago, which I'm still maintaining, and now I'm excited to publish a side project based on it, Grapedrop (https://grapedrop.com). It's a simple web page builder which allows you to design and publish your web pages very quickly. The project is still in beta with a lot of stuff to improve but I'd really like to share it and hear what people think about it and maybe also get some constructive feedback.

Hey HN, I've been working on an email client and wanted to get some feedback! Minimail is built on Phonegap, so it uses HTML/CSS/JS for everything user-facing. The app also uses emailbox (a related project of mine) as the backend API for receiving/parsing/sending emails. I think email clients need a huge UX/UI overhaul, and so I'm trying to build a flexible/hackable email client that anyone can customize to fit their email workflow. Thanks for any feedback! Announcing: ADAPT Framework ALPHA release and demo ADAPT Framework is a developer toolkit for replacing a centralized web back end with a decentralized mesh of interconnected data nodes. ADAPT is an easy way to build non-custodial internet applications for document sharing, messaging, credential management, medical data sharing, and other similar use cases. ADAPT enables developers to create data nodes that work identically on the front end and server side. All business logic that was traditionally placed into the back-end of an application can now be implemented by defining the behavior of…
