Hi everyone! Hope you had a great day so far, and maybe its about to get just a little bit better (thanks Winter ;) So I had way to many terminal windows flying about when using Claude, and kept losing track of which terminal / session / project im in right now. So I built a solution for that, presented it to my team, and now we're using our new tool all the time, and developing it to be the most helpful agents organization tool we can think of. Unfortunatelly, Claude Code only for now, will do Codex soon tho. What it does for you: Main features: - Overview of your projects, with…

Hi HN, I've written the developer tool I've wanted for some time: a process manager and log multiplexer in one. I think of it as a combination of overmind and lnav, both great tools in and of themselves, but focussed on my needs as a developer. I wrote more about it here: https://www.aha.io/engineering/articles/over-it-all Hope someone else finds it useful too.

devnexus is an open-source cli that gives agents persistent shared memory across repos, sessions, and engineers. It maps out dependencies and relations at the function level, builds a code graph, and writes it into a shared Obsidian vault that every agent reads before writing code. Past decisions are also linked directly to the code they touched, so no one goes down the same dead end twice. Still building it out but I would love to hear any thoughts/feedback

One coding agent orchestrator UI for Claude and Codex, but actually feels nice. Free, open-source, MIT licensed. Why I built it: - I wanted a lightweight UI as nice as the Codex app, but without the complexity and the custom diffs on the side - I want files and diffs open straight in my editor! - And I wanted both agents - Anthropic + OpenAI — in one place How it works: - No API keys, no OAuth, no separate billing — it just uses whatever you're already logged into. So your Claude Max and ChatGPT/Codex subscriptions both work out of the box. - Talks to Claude Code via the Claude Agent…

Hi everyone! I built this because I wanted a little bit more organization around my Claude sessions, worktrees and plans while staying in the terminal and not relying on another SaaS tool. Since it's a command line tool, the added bonus is that Claude can use `td` directly. The td calendar was just a fun add-on but the Claude session stats have been pretty interesting! Let me know what you think!

Beads tables (Steve Yegge's) for issue tracking. Can view git trees, terminals, issue tables, notes, and files all on one screen. Can connect multiple machines via private network (like tailscale) I had this issue where i really did not like the when i had many terminals open at the same time - when you try to code with 6+ agents at the same time, across, say, 3 projects, you get huge context fragmentation. I am a visual person, and its way easier for me to remember where things are if I placed them there - I build this 2D canvas for myself initially and then decided to open-source - the…

Hi HN, We're the engineering team at Peakflo (B2B fintech). We built 20x internally because we kept copy-pasting Linear tickets into Claude, manually setting up branches, and babysitting agent output across terminals. Eventually we just built the infrastructure to connect task systems to agents directly — and decided to open source it. 20x is an open-source desktop app (macOS only — Linux and Windows on the roadmap) that orchestrates AI coding agents against your existing task systems. In practice: a Linear ticket gets pulled in → the triage agent assigns Claude Code + relevant skills → a…

I'd like to share a project I've been working on for the past few months. It's a distributed workflow engine written entirely in Go. Some highlights: * Tasks are executed in a Docker container * Can run stand-alone or distributed * Highly extensible * Able to enforce limits (CPU/RAM) per task * Web UI Would love the get your feedback on it, and find out if this could be useful.

Hi HN! I'm excited to share GoCard, a terminal-based spaced repetition system I built that uses plain Markdown files as its data source. I've always been frustrated with existing spaced repetition tools that lock my knowledge into proprietary formats or require constant internet access. As a developer who lives in terminals and text editors, I wanted something that: 1. Stores cards as plain text files I can edit with any editor 2. Works seamlessly with Git for versioning and sync 3. Runs in a terminal without distractions 4. Has first-class support for code snippets and programming concepts…

Hi HNers, I'd like to share our DOCX plugin for Cowork and Codex. It uses 2-5x fewer tokens compared to the traditional docx skill because it doesn't write any code nor execute python/node script. It is also much more reliable. Our DOCX plugin converts docxhtml bidirectionally. This means AI only operates on HTML. AI is excellent and very efficient when it comes to HTML. Most libraries (if not all) support docx->html, but none supports html->docx. This is what is novel about our approach. Here's the demo:…

I've been building go-tui (https://go-tui.dev), a terminal UI framework for Go inspired by the templ framework for the web (https://templ.guide/). The syntax should be familiar to templ users and is quite different from other terminal frameworks like bubbletea. Instead of imperative widget manipulation or bubbletea's elm architecture, you write HTML-like syntax and Tailwind-style classes that can intermingle with regular Go code in a new .gsx filetype. Then you compile these files to type-safe Go using `tui generate`. At runtime there's a flexbox layout engine based…

Hi HN, I recently open sourced a small tool (Remuda) that I built at work to remove some of the friction of launching and managing agents and figured HN might be interested. I also wrote a post on the company blog that goes into more detail about why I built it and showcases its features: https://www.yendo.com/blog/remuda-an-agent-orchestrator
