Standard BMI is flawed because it ignores muscle mass. 3D BMI Visualizer Pro is a free interactive tool that maps your stats to a 3D avatar. It estimates your true body fat percentage using the US Navy method, calculates your TDEE, and generates high-protein macro splits specifically designed for body recomposition (building muscle while losing fat). Built with React & Three.js.
