A browser-based tone generator built with the Web Audio API
I built maketonesonline.com — a simple browser-based tone generator to experiment with the Web Audio API. What it does: Generates tones from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz Supports sine, square, triangle, and sawtooth waveforms Lets you adjust frequency, volume, and left/right stereo pan Includes multi-tone, binaural beat, subwoofer/bass frequency, and sweep tone modes It’s useful for testing speakers, hearing tests, exploring sound design, or just seeing how high a pitch you can still hear. Check it out: https://maketonesonline.com I’d love your thoughts, bug reports, or ideas for…

In plain words
Maketonesonline.com is a browser-based tone generator that produces frequencies from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz using sine, square, triangle, and sawtooth waveforms. Users can adjust frequency, volume, and stereo panning, with specialized modes for multi-tone generation, binaural beats, bass frequencies, and frequency sweeps. It's designed for speaker testing, hearing assessments, sound design exploration, and measuring hearing range limits.

Talanoa▲340Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. Tapflow 2.0▲1,125We built Tapflow for devs, designers, PMs, and tech folks who’ve been sitting on internal docs, templates, and systems — but never productized them. Upload a PDF, notes, or workshop deck, and Tapflow drafts a structured product (with chapters, teaser and pricing plans). It’s good for AI kits, onboarding guides, design systems, and frameworks. You can sell through Stripe, LemonSqueezy, or PayPal. Real-time collaboration is in early beta. No site builder, no LMS — clean design and just focused tools to ship. Fully bootstrapped and just launched on PH today →…
