In plain words

This password manager leverages Keybase's encryption and storage infrastructure to secure login credentials. Launched in 2017, it targets users who want password management integrated with Keybase's cryptographic tools. The product stands out by using Keybase's existing security infrastructure rather than building its own encryption layer, appealing to those already familiar with the Keybase platform.
