Account Editor

What it does

Account Editor, a Shopify order editing app, helps you save time and retain more revenue. Enable self-serve order editing on the order status page with shipping address validation, smart cancellations, and post-purchase upsells. Reduce order cancellations, returns, and support tickets while increasing average order value and delivering a smoother post-purchase experience. Built by Shopify Platinum Partner IT-Geeks, it integrates with Shopify Flow for complete automation.

The post-purchase Shopify app. Self-serve order edits, cancel deflection, and one-click upsells. Trusted by 1,200+ brands. Live in 5 minutes.

Self-serve order edits, cancel deflection, and one-click upsells — live on your store in five minutes. Pick a workflow. Every edit, every save, every upsell — in one place. Sizes, colors, quantities, variants, addresses — all editable from the order confirmation. No tickets, no waiting, no manual ops. Offer store credit, free upgrades, or smart alternatives the moment a customer hits "cancel" — recover up to 38% of would-be refunds. Land upsells after checkout but before the warehouse picks. AOV lifts 9–17% out of the box. Edit volume, deflection rate, recovered revenue, AOV lift — reconciled to your Shopify ledger. Google-validated address corrections on every order.
