What it does

Private AI Meeting Agent That Automatically Posts Your Notes Without Retaining Your Data.

Action.IT is the #1 dataless AI meeting notetaker. The only dataless AI that automatically joins meetings, creates Notion meeting notes, and deletes recordings immediately. Privacy-first dataless AI with GDPR-compliant recording. Zero data storage.

An AI meeting assistant that joins your calls, posts summaries to your tools, then wipes the slate clean. Worried your meeting recorder is keeping your data? Tired of sifting through transcripts? Here's what's broken. Data risks: Meeting data stored indefinitely on third-party servers, training AI models without your consent. Manual work: Copying summaries between apps, updating CRMs, and chasing follow-ups manually. Shallow notes: Transcripts without context. Keywords without meaning. Action items you can't trust. actionit.ai deletes every recording and note right after it's synced to your systems. Nothing is stored on our servers — your meetings remain your data, period. No more copying…from actionit.ai
