AI API Wallet

Your AI API keys, everywhere — without ever copying one.

AI API Wallet launched on April 6, 2026.

What it does

Every AI tool: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini — asks you for an API key. Most people have no idea what that means, where to find it, or what to do with it. They copy it, lose it, paste it into the wrong terminal, and give up. AI API Wallet is like Apple Pay for your AI API keys. Your wallet stores them encrypted via AES-256-GCM, tied to your macOS Keychain. The raw key string never touches your clipboard. A lightweight shell hook injects your keys as environment variables on every new terminal session.

We built API Radar to track exposed API keys from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other major providers—in real time—from public GitHub repositories. Why? Leaked AI keys are everywhere. They power bots, cost companies thousands, and even expose user data. But no one had a clean dashboard to see the leaks as they happen — until now. What you’ll find: Full redacted + raw API key leaks Real-time feed of exposed repos Leaderboards by author, repo, and provider Filtering by provider (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Timeline of key exposure trends Built for security researchers, devs, and AI companies…

Hi HN! We love the "backend-less" stack: Stripe for payments, Supabase for data, Clerk for auth. But the moment we add AI features, we're forced to spin up a backend to hide API keys, implement per-user token-based rate limits and graceful degradation, etc. So we built Airbolt. What it does: Drop in our SDK and start making OpenAI calls directly from your frontend. Your keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted on our servers, never exposed to the client. We provide token-based per-user rate limits and origin allow lists to address inference abuse. Short-lived JWTs and bring-your-own-auth are coming…

Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

  • With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
