What it does
AI Text Editor is a fast, browser-based text editor with real-time multi-provider/local AI feedback, custom prompts, local file access, and PWA installability. Interact with LLMs dynamically to explore ideas, get feedback, and push your thinking to its limits!
Open a file or start typing to get AI-powered writing suggestions. The AI will analyze your text and provide feedback for style, grammar, structure, and more. This panel shows real-time breakdown of sentences, words, and paragraphs with unique identifiers. When enabled, the editor will automatically analyze your text and provide AI-powered writing suggestions. Override the default API endpoint for your LLM service. Useful for custom deployments or proxies. Download all your settings, prompts, and AI history as a backup file. Import a curated set of useful prompts for common writing tasks like grammar checking, spell checking, and text improvement. Import settings, prompts, and AI history…from tomzxcode.github.io

Tiptap AI Suggestion2025 · tiptap.dev · ▲263We recently shipped the Tiptap AI Toolkit (https://tiptap.dev/docs/content-ai/capabilities/ai-toolkit/o...), which lets developers embed LLM-powered editing into rich text editors. Now we’re exploring the next step: making agents operate on documents without a browser involved. The idea is a server-side system where agents can read, write, and transform documents in real time — essentially treating your document layer as a programmable data store that agents can interact with directly. Internally we’ve been joking about the name “real-time agentic document…

The site hit #1 on HN about a year ago. Got enough traffic that I turned it into a proper API. What's there: - REST API — 35k products, manually filterable by category, free key, 60 req/min - CLI — npx anycrap random -c food - faker.js plugin — bundled, no API call, works offline - HuggingFace dataset — full 35k rows for ML/training https://anycrap.shop/developers

I made a built-from scratch Wayland Compositor to display any GUI app* in the terminal! I think there is a lot of unexplored potential in custom Wayland compositors, a lot of really cool things you can embed existing applications into! So, I started with embedding apps into the terminal because that is the easiest input/output (output is just utf-8 and I use the great `chafa` library for that, and I just read from stdin for the input). If you have any other ideas for cool Wayland compositors, let me know. I purposedly wrote 80% the app in Typescript to appeal to the most developers and…

Years ago I stumbled across a basic version of this concept and it stuck with me. I knew if I was ever going to take on such a project, it would need to be flawless, but without coding experience it was just another idea that would never happen. By the end of 2024, as AI coding tools exploded everywhere, I finally had a way to make it real. I started from zero knowledge and spent months collaborating with AI agents as a learning experience. Every pixel and every function went through me. The AI translated what I asked for into code, but every decision was human. I didn't use existing OS…
