AI Vault
I built Vault-AI to solve a problem I kept running into when building AI apps: API keys and secrets end up scattered in .env files, hardcoded, or shared insecurely. Vault-AI is a lightweight, self-hosted secrets manager — kind of like HashiCorp Vault, but simplified and aimed at AI workloads. It runs in Docker, comes with a simple CLI, and manages tenants, token-based auth, secret rotation, rollback, version history, and audit logs. Quickstart: git clone → ./start.sh → vault-ai store/get Repo: https://gitlab.com/vaultaiproject/vault-ai.git Would love feedback…

What it does
A tiny Chrome extension that saves the AI chats you actually care about. Highlight text on Claude or ChatGPT, hit Save, get a local Markdown file. No cloud, no accounts, no dialogs.
You know the ones — the career advice that actually landed, the workout plan you meant to follow, the fix that saved your afternoon. AI Vault saves them where you'll actually stumble back onto them: a plain Markdown file on your own computer. into infrastructure-as-code once you're comfortable reading CloudFormation templates end to end. Highlight the part of the reply that's actually worth keeping — not the whole conversation, just the good part. Click the small Save button that appears, or press Ctrl+Shift+S. No popup, no typing a filename, no folder to pick. Weeks later, you open your Downloads and stumble onto it again — the same way you'd find a good note in a drawer. No account, no…from ps-aditya.github.io

Agent Vault – Open-source credential proxy and vault for agentsApr 2026 · github.com · ▲156Hey HN! Today we're launching Agent Vault - an open source HTTP credential proxy and vault for AI agents. Repo is at https://github.com/Infisical/agent-vault, and there's an in-depth description at https://infisical.com/blog/agent-vault-the-open-source-crede.... We built Agent Vault in response to a question that been plaguing the industry: How do we give agents secure access to services without them reading any secrets? Most teams building agents have run into this exact problem: They build an agent or agentic system and come to realize at some point…
OneCLI – Vault for AI Agents in RustMar 2026 · github.com · ▲161We built OneCLI because AI agents are being given raw API keys. And it's going about as well as you'd expect. We figured the answer isn't "don't give agents access," it's "give them access without giving them secrets." OneCLI is an open-source gateway that sits between your AI agents and the services they call. You store your real credentials once in OneCLI's encrypted vault, and give your agents placeholder keys. When an agent makes an HTTP call through the proxy, OneCLI matches the request by host/path, verifies the agent should have access, swaps the placeholder for the real…

I might be the only SRE on Earth with his own bowling center. It's a more in-depth gig than you'd think. My family and I bought an abandoned 8-lane bowling center in the rural mid-west. In our small town there weren't many recreation options for families. You've heard of a food desert? This is an R&R desert. It had been abandoned for a good reason. The roof leaks, the electrical system was constantly surging, and my 70-year-old bowling equipment (still) doesn't work perfectly. The system that keeps your score is particularly interesting to me. It's the thing you watch during your game, but…

Over the past few months, our team has been building more and more slidedecks using web frontend technologies with coding harnesses like Claude Code, but a common complaint is to make even small edits we need to edit the code either manually or via the harness. To avoid this loop, I ended up creating Bento, a single HTML file with everything you need in a slide tool including animations and shared editing. There's no install or cloud login, everything works offline. The default deck is around 560 KB and it doesn't need to fetch anything once you got it. Open it in a browser and then you can…

A few days ago I found myself trying out GLM 5.2 and was really positively impressed. The capabilities and security I was getting from this LLM are similar to those I've gotten from models like Claude or GPT, and this really surprised me. But then I thought, "I wonder how it would work on a normal computer like mine," and above all, "I wonder if it would work without going into OOM on a computer like mine." So I started working with the help of agents to test this possibility. I started converting the model to int4, understanding MTP usage, and if possible implementing DSA for long context.…

OpenSEO▲928Hello! For the last 2 months, I've been building OpenSEO. It's a user friendly UI wrapping the DataForSEO API which has high quality SEO data for keywords, backlinks, AI SEO and competitor research. Instead of paying $100+ per month, you buy DataForSEO credits and pay only for usage. The coolest thing about the project so far has been hearing about what people are building on top of it. People are using coding agents to quickly integrate with Google Search Console, Google Ads and building their own AI SEO and reporting features. Many were already building their own custom solutions around…
