- It will block continuous usage of certain scrolling apps - After every 5 minutes it will show blank screen for 1 minute - So, we can stop using or take rest from scrolling apps like Youtube shorts, Instagram, Facebook etc. - Its basically to come out of over phone usage ---------------------------------------------------- - Regular forced rest from selected apps, in every specified time interval - You can configure time interval and duration - You can select specific list of applications
