What it does

Quantum computing has the power to make biological and chemical models faster and more precise. ALALI helps developers connect their biological and chemical models to superconducting quantum computer models to allow for easy use of quantum computation.

ALALI is an object-oriented solution to mapping a molecule to a quantum computer. It maps atoms to qubits and bonds to CX gates. All you need is a SMILES representation of your molecule, and a few lines of code! The documentation being generated with Sphinx Autodoc right now, thank you for your patience!
