Turn a Google Sheet model into a web app in 5 minutes
Algo by AirDev launched on May 29, 2018 with 174 votes, #166 of 2,986 launches that month and more than 90% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 8 years on.
What it does
How Algo works: 1) Sign in with Google and connect to the spreadsheet that you want to use. 2) Choose what cells you want to send to the model and what cells you want to receive from the model. 3) Use your app to enter values, run them through the model, and get the results. Make your app public to share with others.
Algo is a free tool that allows you to turn your Google Spreadsheet model into a web application. Just connect to your Google account, select your Sheet, and specify the inputs & outputs. Then share the app with others and allow them to run your model without needing to see the underlying spreadsheet.
