What it does

Most "AI HR tools" are chatbots: you ask, they reply, you still do the work yourself. Amarhan HR writes and publishes the job ad, screens and ranks every CV that comes in, suggests interview questions, drafts the employment contract, and answers labor-law questions — end to end.
