Arbory – Native iOS dashboard and widgets for Plausible Analytics
Hey HN. Long-time lurker (2017) here, but finally something to post about. I've been building an iOS companion app for Plausible over the past few months. There are some great ones out there already, but I have always wanted to try building an app first-hand. I'm quite proud of the end result, so I wanted to share it online to see if people would be interested in using it. In case you don't know: Plausible Analytics (https://plausible.io/) is a privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics. You can self-host it or choose to use their SaaS platform. What it does
In the maker’s words, at launch
I chose Plausible Analytics because of their business philosophy: Privacy should come first. Arbory is built to connect directly to Plausible (either SaaS or self-hosted). Features include: - iOS Liquid Glass-native dashboard displaying most of your website analytics. - Tap to filter data, just like Plausible itself. - Notifications for traffic spikes and drops, the algorithm lives fully on your phone. (I'm quite proud of this one in particular) - Full suite of widgets for your lock & home screen. There are no subscriptions involved. You'll get the full dashboard and filtering for one site for free. There's a one-time unlock for $14.99 for the rest, if desired. I'll lurk around here to answer any questions you might have. Any feedback is appreciated. More information: - Website: https://arbory.io - Privacy Policy: https://arbory.io/privacy - App Store Link: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6760103214 Full disclosure (some people find this important): AI helped me build parts of this, but I've been a software engineer for 15+ years. Happy to answer any technical questions.

- COCountly open source mobile analytics is ready to download2012 · ▲14
We've just launched our open source mobile application analytics platform Countly (http://count.ly) and its available to download from our home page. Countly uses MongoDB, Node.js and quite a lot of cool js libraries (backbone, underscore, jquery, flot etc.). We would really appreciate it if any iOS and/or Andoroid developers out there would like to try it out. Also we can provide a demo account for you to try it out if you send us an email indicating that you are from HN. Own your data, use Countly!

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.daveganly.yarrly Hi, this is Yarrly - my first android app, backed up server side by a mongo & node.js backend. It’s a two-panel image generator, and quite a fun experiment in a no-login (‘anonymous’) app. You generate two panel images using photos or gallery pics, and add text, then it’s uploaded to Yarrly.com - creating an instagram-like link. For example you create http://yarrly.com/y/4hhs6ryyq73da533d, then android intents mean that if you open that link on a device that has Yarrly, you can…

With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
