What it does
Ascend is an app designed to help climbers understand their training. After each session, you can write down what went well, what didn't, what motivated you, and how what you ate affected your performance. The app also provides a powerful interface for writing down your Betas, drawing over pictures, and making notes about your projects.
Track your progress, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement by reading how you felt each day. Register betas of your climbing routes/boulders, not only write what you need to do, with Ascend you can draw over your climbing pictures to show how a move needs to be performed. You can share your annotations and drawings about a project with friends. Your data is yours. Your data is only kept in your device and in your iCloud account.
