What it does

BadgeIA scans any website for AI chatbots and AI-generated content, then checks whether the transparency disclosure required by Article 50 of the EU AI Act is actually present. Since August 2, 2026, every site must clearly tell visitors when they interact with an AI. Fines go up to €15M or 3% of turnover.
