Hello HN! I built my first iOS app, Bebop. I made it as a companion to file-based desktop apps like Obsidian and NVAlt, and also as a way to learn iOS development and try out GPT/Copilot. Notes are saved as plain-text files in the iCloud/Dropbox folder of your choice. I felt that most notes apps out there had too many organizational features (better suited for larger screens) that got in the way of capture (my prime mobile use case).
