BioMedli
Your longitudinal health intelligence layer
BioMedli launched on May 19, 2026 with 2 votes, #6,288 of 20,538 launches that month.
What it does
BioMedli unifies your lab reports, genetic data, and biohacking protocols into one intelligence layer. Parse PDFs, upload your genome, and track which supplements, medications, or interventions actually move the biomarkers you care about.
Upload lab report PDFs, track biomarkers over time, and turn scattered blood test results into a private health timeline with BioMedli.
BioMedli brings every report together, so you can see what changed and what it means. Bring in the files you already have. BioMedli connects every result to its source and place in time. Upload the PDFs, scans, and portal exports you already have. Every result stays connected to its source. BioMedli organizes values, units, dates, and ranges so your history becomes easier to follow. Spot patterns over time, understand the movement, and know what deserves a closer look. Upload the PDFs, scans, and portal exports you already have. Every result stays connected to its source. Hey HN, Henry here from Cactus. We open-sourced Needle, a 26M parameter function-calling (tool use) model. It runs at 6000 tok/s prefill and 1200 tok/s decode on consumer devices. We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
