What it does
BlinkAway is a smart Mac break reminder that adapts to your work rhythm. Set custom hours, days, and break intervals, then get gentle guidance through breathing, posture stretches, wellness tips, timer-only breaks, 20-20-20 eye reminders, and posture checks. It pauses during meetings, calls, videos, and idle time using camera, microphone, video, and idle detection, so reminders arrive at the right moment.
