Bookadoro
The Pomodoro timer that turns books into streaks
What it does
Bookadoro turns every reading session into a streak worth keeping. Scan a book, set your Pomodoro timer, and earn XP for every minute you actually read. Most reading apps track what you've finished. Bookadoro gets you to open the book in the first place. Pick a title from your shelf, choose a 15/25/45-min session, and the timer does the rest. Sessions roll up into stats, streaks, and achievements — and weekly leagues let you compete with friends without the doom-scroll energy of a social feed.

We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
