In plain words
Boxxy is a Linux tool that controls where programs store their files without using symlinks. It intercepts file operations and redirects them to specified locations, allowing users to organize application data however they prefer. The tool is useful for developers and Linux users who need fine-grained control over file placement and want to consolidate scattered configuration and data directories into custom locations.
