In plain words
Brief is a Chrome extension that adds a word counter to Gmail's compose and reply windows, preventing emails over 125 words from being sent. The tool encourages concise communication by disabling the send button when messages exceed the limit. Users who need to send longer emails can override this restriction by triple-clicking the send button. Brief is designed for Gmail users who want to reduce email verbosity and improve readability through built-in constraints.
