What it does
Builtcert focuses on what happens after a building compliance report is issued. It extracts findings, turns them into actions, keeps them linked to the original recommendation, automates contractor follow-ups, and helps process evidence through to closure. A key difference is that it can assess whether submitted evidence actually addresses the original finding, rather than just recording that a file was uploaded.
builtcert helps commercial property managing agents and compliance teams turn FRAs, EICRs and lift reports into structured actions, evidence trails and contractor follow-up without replacing their existing systems.
builtcert extracts each remedial finding with its source page, chases the contractor work, and keeps the evidence attached until it’s accepted. 30-minute call, no report needed.
