Carefolk Family is makes it easier for family caregivers to care for loved ones. It is free to use. It contains a suite of tools-chat, scheduling, care plan, med alerts, family invites, care updates, and more- and has a community side where caregivers can connect, share, and get peer support.

Caregiving is a natural, human act of compassion and caring, and most of us, at some point, will rely on someone to help us with our health care (> 70%) or be tasked with helping someone else (> 10%).
