Chainix
Hey everyone! I built this because I was tired of manually handling customer support for my web app and couldn't get an AI system to handle requests reliably. I tried different AI tools to help with support tickets, but when they handled requests incorrectly, it was impossible to determine why, and even harder to figure out what I needed to change to improve the system. I wanted to break down my logic of how the AI should think through the problem step-by-step, but everything had to be crammed into one prompt. Without the volume of clean training data needed for fine-tuning, I was stuck with…
Chainix launched on August 12, 2025 with 12 votes, #1,214 of 8,530 launches that month and more than 75% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 1 year on.
What it does
Drag-and-drop AI workflows you can actually debug. When something breaks, see exactly which step failed instead of guessing what went wrong with your prompts or context.
Chainix - Build functional prompt chains with an intuitive interface. Create, connect, and execute LLM workflows with integrated function calls.

Why write code if the LLM can just do the thing? (web app experiment)Nov 2025 · github.com · ▲436I spent a few hours last weekend testing whether AI can replace code by executing directly. Built a contact manager where every HTTP request goes to an LLM with three tools: database (SQLite), webResponse (HTML/JSON/JS), and updateMemory (feedback). No routes, no controllers, no business logic. The AI designs schemas on first request, generates UIs from paths alone, and evolves based on natural language feedback. It works—forms submit, data persists, APIs return JSON—but it's catastrophically slow (30-60s per request), absurdly expensive ($0.05/request), and has zero UI…
Arch2024 · github.com · ▲314Hey HN — I’m Adil from Katanemo (with Salman, Shuguang, and Meiyu) We previously shared an early version of this project as ArchGW. Based on customer feedback, the scope expanded from “LLM routing and model access” into something broader: delivery infrastructure for agentic applications. We renamed it to Plano and reworked the architecture accordingly. The problem On-the-ground AI practitioners will tell you that calling an LLM is not the hard part. The really hard part is delivering agentic applications to production quickly and reliably, then iterating without rewriting system code every…
My Attempt to Organize the World of AI Dev Tools2025 · aicode.danvoronov.com · ▲101I've been exploring the (not so=) amazing potential of AI in coding and have compiled a list of tools. From AI-powered IDEs to code generators, this resource is my contribution to the community. I'm still on the fence about including txt2sql projects, as their functionality seems too basic to me. And I'm personally maintaining this, so your feedback is wellcome.

ChainForge, a visual tool for prompt engineering and LLM evaluation2023 · chainforge.ai · ▲177Hi HN! We’re been working hard on this low-code tool for rapid prompt discovery, robustness testing and LLM evaluation. We’ve just released documentation to help new users learn how to use it and what it can already do. Let us know what you think! :)
TrailsJan 2026 · trails-red.vercel.app · ▲81Hey all, Justin here. I previously built Phind, the AI search engine for developers. One of the biggest problems we had there was figuring out what went wrong with bad searches. We had tons of searches per day, but less than 1% of users gave any explicit feedback. So we were either manually digging through searches or making general system improvements and hoping they helped. This problem gets harder with agents. Traces are longer and more complex. It takes more effort to review them, so I'm building a tool that lets you analyze LLM outputs directly to help developers of LLM apps and agents…

I built the world's most impractical 1000-pixel display and anyone in the world can draw on it. It draws a single pixel at a time and takes 30-60 minutes to complete a single image. Anyone can participate in the project by voting for the next image to be drawn, and submitting images. https://kilopx.com/

Kitten TTS is an open-source series of tiny and expressive text-to-speech models for on-device applications. We are excited to launch a preview of our smallest model, which is less than 25 MB. This model has 15M parameters. This release supports English text-to-speech applications in eight voices: four male and four female. The model is quantized to int8 + fp16, and it uses onnx for runtime. The model is designed to run literally anywhere eg. raspberry pi, low-end smartphones, wearables, browsers etc. No GPU required! We're releasing this to give early users a sense of the latency and voices…

I was wondering how I can arrange objects along a spherical helix path, and read some articles on it. I ended up learning about parametric equations again, and make this visualization to document what I learned: https://visualrambling.space/moving-objects-in-3d/ feel free to visit and let me know what you think!

For HTML Day 2025 [1], I made a web service that displays the current sky at your approximate location as a CSS gradient. Colours are simulated on-demand using atmospheric absorption and scattering coefficients. Updates every minute, without the use of client-side JavaScript.
