Chatgymity: AI Fitness Companion

What it does

We kept doing the same loop: ask an AI to build a workout, copy it into a logger app, then feed the results back to the AI for the next plan. Three apps, endless copy-pasting. So we built Chatgymity — one app where the AI coach plans your training, you log it, and it adapts automatically from what you actually did. No more jumping between apps.

An AI coach that remembers every session. The workout plan follows you — not the other way around, and next week is written from what you actually did.

Not the other way around. Train your AI while you train — it learns from every session you log. Gym today, pilates tomorrow, a skipped Monday — next week is rewritten around what actually happened. It's easier to stay consistent when the plan moves with you. The app isn't trying to be clever. It's trying to be a closed loop between what you did and what you'll do next — something most training apps have stopped even attempting. Log what you did — sets, reps, load, how it felt — in a logger built for mid-session. A few taps between sets. Every set becomes a data point. Volume, recovery, what you hit, what you avoided. Next week's plan is built on this week's data. Ask mid-session — it…from chatgymity.com

  • I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role. The app allows you to define time budgets, which are not much more than a few mutually exclusive countdown timers. The UX is essentially that of a chess clock for an arbitrary number of players with configurable time. The whole point of the app is to kick you out of the running role/priority when its time is up.
