I got tired of sharing AI demos with terminal screenshots or screen recordings. Claude Code already stores full session transcripts locally as JSONL files. Those logs contain everything: prompts, tool calls, thinking blocks, and timestamps. I built a small CLI tool that converts those logs into an interactive HTML replay. You can step through the session, jump through the timeline, expand tool calls, and inspect the full conversation. The output is a single self-contained HTML file — no dependencies. Hey HN, Over the past 10 months I've been using Claude Code heavily, and one limitation kept coming up: you can really only run one coding agent at a time. While one agent is refactoring something, the rest of the repo is basically blocked unless you start manually juggling branches and working directories. The core issue is that AI coding agents operate directly in your filesystem. If two agents run in the same working directory they quickly start stepping on each other’s changes. I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
