What it does
Answer Claude Code's permission prompts, questions and plan reviews from your Wear OS watch or Android phone. Prompts travel end-to-end encrypted from your computer to your phone.
When Claude Code stops to ask for something, Clair puts it on your watch and phone. Allow a command, pick an answer or approve a plan from there, and the session keeps working while you're away from your desk. The agent keeps running in the background and starts again when you sign in. Then run clair pair and scan the code with Clair on your phone. Claude Code holds a session until you answer. Clair brings the question to your watch with the detail you need to decide, and sends your answer straight back. See the exact command or edit before you allow it.
