Independent NCLEX-RN Baseline Check (15 q) + 131 Starter
What it does
Clesial is independent NCLEX-RN practice: a free 15-question Baseline Check plus a 131-question Starter pool. Not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN. Practice checkpoints are not official scores, CAT results, or pass guarantees. Premium is not part of this listing.
Practice NGN-style NCLEX-RN questions with rationales, find your weak areas, and track exam readiness. Start with a free 15-question Baseline Check.
Independent NCLEX-RN practice, not affiliated with NCSBN. Start with a free 15-question Baseline Check, then use the starter set or the full bank. This is the real review screen. Every answer pairs a plain-language rationale with the clinical visual that makes it stick — the part a plain question bank leaves out. A client on a cardiac monitor suddenly becomes unresponsive and pulseless. The monitor shows a chaotic waveform with no identifiable QRS complexes. Which action should the nurse take first ? A chaotic waveform with no organised QRS complexes is ventricular fibrillation — a shockable rhythm. The priority is high-quality compressions with early defibrillation. Drugs and diagnostics…from clesial.com

Hi HN, I built Eigendrum, a web tool that solves the 2D wave equation for arbitrary shapes so you can hear what they sound like as drums. How it works: * Solves -∇²u = λu using finite element analysis (Kφ = λMφ) on a triangle mesh. * Validated to <0.1% error against closed-form solutions for circles (Bessel zeros) and rectangles. * Sound model factors in strike location, Rayleigh damping, and mallet width. * Includes Kac drums I & II to demonstrate identical sound spectra from different geometries. * No frameworks, build steps, or dependencies. Repo and tests:…

I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role. The app allows you to define time budgets, which are not much more than a few mutually exclusive countdown timers. The UX is essentially that of a chess clock for an arbitrary number of players with configurable time. The whole point of the app is to kick you out of the running role/priority when its time is up. One…
