Climb

A habit tracker for comfortable growth

Climb launched on April 19, 2026 with 2 votes, #4,561 of 21,248 launches that month.

What it does

Most habit trackers only ask whether you did something. Climb goes further — it calculates exactly how much you should do today based on your own growth rule. You set a progression — +1 rep per day, +10% per week, or keep it fixed — and Climb tells you today's target automatically. Hit it, the bar rises. Fall short, it holds so the habit has time to stick. No other habit tracker does progressive goal-setting out of the box. Everything else treats your goal as fixed forever.

Set how you want to grow — Climb helps you keep the pace. Задай, как ты хочешь расти — Climb поможет держать твой темп. You do the work — Climb does the math. Set your rule — +1 a day, +10% a week, or anything else — and Climb tells you how much to do today for your goal. Ты делаешь — Climb считает. Задай своё правило — +1 в день, +10% в неделю или любое другое — и Climb подскажет, сколько сделать сегодня для твоей цели. The target grows from your last completion. Hit it — the bar rises by your rule. Did partly — it holds so the habit settles in. Цель растёт от последнего выполнения: сделал — уровень подрастёт, сделал частично — уровень останется, чтобы привычка закрепилась. You see your…from natalia-shvedova.github.io

Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

  • With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
