What it does
Cloud 9 is a silky cleansing oil made for skin that hates being stripped. It dissolves makeup, SPF, and daily buildup without the tight feeling many cleansers leave behind. The oil texture melts into skin, then emulsifies with water and rinses clean. No greasy film. No harsh after-feel. Prickly Pear Seed Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Olive Oil, and Vitamin E help nourish the skin while cleansing. Bitter Orange Flower Oil gives the ritual its soft, grounding scent.
